I have been to Bishops Close once to witness a friends' wedding (it was witnessed by a very old tree in the park). There were paved paths near the house at the entrance to the park that I could wheel on, but I don't remember them being a significant part of the park. Most of what I remember were gravel pathways. I was able to travel on the gravel pathway to the tree (about .25 miles), but needed assistance getting up and down hills.
